Surprisingly spacious room with lovely finishing touches, has free Wi-Fi. The breakfast choices are top class and great with toast.

The breakfast is lovely and super with preferably chunky slices and the best bacon, there’s an option for each taste.

The restaurant was really nice of which food was excellent and service outstanding, we ordered tasty dishes. The hotel's position was exceptionally nice and perfect walking distance to restaurants and bars. Furthermore, the area was new.

The location was marvellous, not far from the major attractions, all the bars and a pub, stayed here during my weekend. The breakfast was top and great with an extra sausage for the dog and with well presented food, and the stuff was pleasant.

Coffee and a kettle were available in my queen room. I was offered a top class breakfast with a cheerful waitress. The location was lovely, close to Rye station, the garden was nice.

The staff was especially helpful, the room was pet-friendly, everything was very good. I had reasonably priced room with direct outside access for our dog. In general the service was very good. Had the option to leave my car onsite.

The weather was wonderful, had fantastic stay for a wedding down the road. My double room had modern conveniences, including coffee/tea making facilities and television. The location was brilliant, for example, Rye Castle Museum was not too far from the hotel.

It is an excellent place - 10 minutes' walk to the downtown. The rooms are bright with bathroom, Shower & loo plus which was massive. Efficient and accommodating staff as one would expect. The bar is fantastic. Would come here again as they provided good service.
